Swedish Massage

Gentle, flowing strokes help ease tension, encourage circulation, calm the mind, and promote full-body relaxation. Ideal for stress relief, first-time clients, and anyone who prefers lighter pressure.

Reflexology Foot Massage

Focused pressure techniques are applied to the feet and lower legs to encourage deep relaxation. It is ideal for tired, achy feet or anyone who enjoys intentional footwork.

Deep Tissue

Slow, focused techniques address tight, overworked muscles and areas of deeper tension. Best for clients who prefer firmer pressure and targeted attention.

Signature Raindrop Massage

A unique blend of Raindrop Therapy and a full-body massage. Essential oils are applied like drops of rain along the spine during your massage, creating a soothing sensory experience that promotes relaxation, calm, and a greater sense of balance.

Reflexology + Spot Treatment Massage

This session combines 30 minutes of reflexology-inspired foot massage with 30 minutes of focused work on one area, such as the neck, shoulders, back, or hips. It provides both deep relaxation and targeted attention where you need it most.

Myofascial Release

Myofascial release is a gentle technique that targets the fascia - the connective tissue surrounding and supporting your muscles. Using slow, sustained pressure and moments of stillness, the therapist allows tight fascial tissue time to soften and release.

Medical Massage

Focused massage techniques address specific areas of muscle tension, discomfort, or restricted movement. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and may complement care recommended by a healthcare provider.

Massage Enhancements
Optional enhancements may be added to personalize your massage and support a deeper sense of relaxation.

CBD Oil

CBD oil is a popular addition to massage therapy, often chosen to help ease muscle tension, soothe sore, overworked muscles, and provide temporary relief of minor muscle and joint discomfort while promoting deeper relaxation.
  • Please share any allergies, skin sensitivities, medications, pregnancy considerations, or medical concerns before choosing this enhancement.

Cupping Therapy

Enhance any massage with a targeted cupping treatment for one area of the body. Soft silicone cups create suction to encourage circulation, and may help release muscle tension. This focused add-on enhancement  is a great way to give extra attention to an area of tightness during your massage.
  • Temporary circular marks or skin discoloration may occur following cupping and can last for several days. These marks are a normal response to the treatment and typically fade on their own.

Essential Oils

Aromatic essential oils can be incorporated into your session to create a more personalized sensory experience and support your desired mood, whether you are looking to feel calm, grounded, or refreshed.
  • Essential oils are selected with your preferences and sensitivities in mind.
